This is what I need
I began as the fat girl once again. Weighing 185 and standing 5’5’. Yesterday I began my journey to the thin land.
Yesterday’s journey consisted of a total of 1000 calories, for I usually eat much more. That consisted of A bag of baked hot Cheetos from school, an orange, a chimichanga, a cup of noodles and yogurt throughout the whole day.
And for exercise I ran 3/4 of a mile.
But that is not enough. I’m going to be the skinny girl and I will have control over myself.
